Perfect stay for family with children

We had a suite that was spacious and had a kitchen that puts mine at home to shame. The breakfast was great I mean waffles you make yourself how cool is that?

Sure it wasn't exactly a bargain but worth every penny given the amenities.

Its staff was helpful and attentive.

Location short walk to the motor way as well as Merced. The rooms with king beds. Well-trained and professional staff of the hotel.

Friendly service, but noisy nights

The breakfast selection was diverse.

Unfortunately, our room was located near the freeway, resulting in constant noise, made it difficult to sleep at night. The shower also had inconsistent water pressure.

Clean place & attentive and helpful staff. Location - marvellous right by the motor way as well as Merced. Also, in the middle of jackson. Quick check-in, parking onsite. Everything great.

Some parts impressed, others didn't

The staff was professional and friendly! And the spacious suite was perfect for our needs with a nice bathroom and powerful shower.

The kitchenette is well-equipped and convenient for families. There were ants in the bathroom . The breakfast options were pretty decent.

Our family loved this hotel! The spacious suite featured a full kitchen equipped for any meal. Breakfast options were good, especially the fresh waffles! The friendly staff added to our warm experience. Highly recommend for family visits!

The staff was quick to resolve a shower clog in my daughter's room, appreciated. Make sure to report any issues right away for faster help.

I found the common areas bright and cute, with easy access to the pool and gym. The staff was attentive. The décor reminded me of a cozy retreat.

More seating options in the lobby would be nice.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was super helpful, especially the girl who kept everything stocked and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the pool was nice too. Loved the convenience of being close to my family's house and walking distance to nearby places.

The room had a full kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, super helpful. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was really comfy. Enjoyed the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Breakfast included turkey bacon and waffles. The staff were always attentive in making sure everything was stocked and clean.

Ample room and peaceful stay. Gym could use better equipment.
